Dance Foundation Course

Do you want a career as a dancer? Maybe you should try a dance foundation course at our London dance studios. You’ll have the chance to take your dance training to a whole new level, with dance classes from trained professionals and Masterclasses from some of the biggest names in the industry. The good thing about a dance foundation course is the fact that it’s part-time. It’s a great way to get a taste for our college, and see whether you are up to our full time Performing Arts course. However there are many different reasons people may need a dance foundation course. We are happy to discuss any of these, in an effort to deliver the classes you need to achieve your goals.

Our dance foundation course is aimed at many different people

  1. Students without enough previous dance training to make it on to our full time course.
  2. Students who want to focus on dance alongside something else.
  3. Students who are between performing arts courses and want to keep their dance training going.
  4. Graduates who want to keep doing dance classes to stay on top of things.

It is a part time course (15hrs per week), spread over 3 days a week, and covers the following aspects:

Body Conditioning
Ballet
Tap
Jazz
Commercial/Hip Hop
Teacher Training

A good grounding in all of these will only help to provide a solid foundation. This enables students to then move on, focusing on the more intense and professional side of the performing arts.

The next course starts in April 2016, finishing July 2016. The fixed classes are visible on our Top up Dance Classes page. If you are interested in signing up, please contact us using the form below as soon as possible.
